William Louis Justice, 90, went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Friday, December 9, 2005. Mr. Justice was a World War II Army Air Corps veteran and retired Ironworker. For the past 50 years he was a Durham resident. He was a long time member of the Osborne Daniel Class of Yates Baptist Church. Mr. Justice enjoyed fishing and vegetable gardening. Mr. Justice is survived by his daughter, Peggy J. Pickett of Durham; his sons and daughters-in-law, Gary L. and Carolyn Justice of Cary, and Alton E. and Martha Justice of Bennett; his grandchildren, Stacie P. Vaneeuwen and husband, Joshua, Jonathan R. Pickett, Colin A. Justice and Amy E. Justice; and a great granddaughter, Avery J. Vaneeuwen. He was preceded ineeath by his wife of 60 years, Velma Shepard Justice. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, December 12, at Yates Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Maplewood Cemetery. The family will receive friends 3-5 PM Sunday at Hall-Wynne Funeral Service, 1113 West Main, Durham.
