Walter M. Beckham

Walter M. Beckham, 76, of Franklinton, died April 17, 2013. He was formerly Chief of Police of Franklinton and Chief Deputy Sheriff of Franklin County. He is preceded ineeath by his father and mother, Ronald aneedna Beckham and brother Dan. He is survived by his loving wife, Joyce Stallings Beckham; loving children, Donee Beckham, Hope Morath, Gail Honeycutt, Karen Tant; 10 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren; brothers, Fred, Sidney, Ronee and Harvey; sisters Roxie and Mary Etta. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 20, 2013 at Hall-Wynne Funeral Service, 504 East Mason St., Franklinton, at 2:00 p.m., with graveside services following at Perry's Chapel.
