FRANKLINTON: Virginia Hicks Smith, age 86, died Tuesday, June 12, 2012 at the Service League of Inpatient Hospice in Greenville, NC. "Ginny" Smith was an active member of the Murfreesboro Uneed Methodist Church. Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 22, 2012 at 3:00 PM at the Murfreesboro Uneed Methodist Church, 313 West High Street, Murfreesboro, NC. A reception will follow immediately after the service. A small intimate graveside service will be held at on Saturday, June 23 at Fairview Cemetery in Franklinton.
