Virginia Frazier Tingen

Oxford: Virginia Frazier Tingen (90) went to be with the Lord on Sunday, January17, 2016 at Brantwood Nursing Home surrounded by her family. Virginia was a native of Granville County, born to Conley Thomas aneessie Blackwell Frazier. She was the wife of the late Herman T. Tingen, Sr. Surviving are her daughters Sylvia T. Phillips of South Boston, VA, Priscilla Cox (Thomas) of Bullock, Joy Bensoneedward) of Charlotte, Darlene Campbell (Albert) of Oxford, and Robbie Barker (Rob) of Oxford: 11 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren: One brother Ed Frazier and two sisters Lucille Frazier and Willie Grey Wheeler. She is preceded ineeath by a soneerman T. Tingen, Jr., a grandson Robert Bray, a son-in-law Melvin Phillips, a brother Harold Frazier, and a sister Mary Lou Rice. Visitation will be Thursday from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at Stovall Baptist Church and services will follow at 2:00 PM. Funeral Services will be conducted by Revereneeddie Mauldin and Reverend John Yount. Following the graveside service a reception will be held at the church.
