Virginia Fowler Gurney

Mrs. Virginia Fowler Gurney, 89, of Galloway Ridge at Fearrington Village died neember 6, 2009 at the Arbor at Galloway Ridge. Mrs. Gurney was borneecember 26, 1919 in Brooklyn, NY, the daughter of Arthur H. Fowler aneemily Williamson Baisley Fowler. She enjoyed reading, golf and traveling. Mrs. Gurney was preceded ineeath by her husband, Robert Higgins Gurney. Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Craig and Pat Gurney of Enka, and Lloyd and Nancy Gurney of Hailey, Idaho.
