Victoria Melendez

Victoria Melendez, aged 74, died on Saturday, neember 12th. She was predeceased by her husband, Antonio Melendez who died in March 2007. Victoria is survived by her daughters, Magdalia Melendez of Georgia, Diana Rodriguez of Durham; sons, Antonio Melendez, Jr.; Crecenciano Melendez both of New York City; and Alecander Melendez of Durham; sisters Antonia Cruz-Roche of Puerto Rico; Hilda Alers of New York; Inez McKenney of California; and 11 grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered 11:00 AM Friday from St. Matthew Catholic Church with Fr. Robert Diegelman presiding. Inurnment will be held 11:00 AM Saturday in St. Matthew Catholic Cemetery. Friends may visit the Melendez Family at Hall-Wynne Funeral Service in Durham on Thursday, from 6:00 8:00 PM.
