Sue Gray Ramos

Sue Gray Ramos, 70, died Thursday, April 10, 2008 at UNC Hospitals in Chapel Hill. Born in Mullins, SC, she was the daughter of the late Donnan Evans and Kathryn Judd Gray. She attended Durham High School and graduated from Stratford Hall in Danville, VA. Sue enjoyed politics and was an avid Republican. She was also a lover of animals and a supporter of the ASPCA. Surviving are her twin brother, Bill Gray of Lyons, CO and his children, Donnan Evans Gray and Christopher O'Donnel Gray; her sister, Mary Elizabeth "Lib" Gray Dula of Charlotte, NC and her children, Page Dula, Alson Dula Brodhage and Allen B. Dula; and her sister, Judd Gray Oyler and her husband David of Marietta, GA, and their children, David S. Oyler, Kathyrn O. Denson and Donnan Oyler. Graveside services will be held at1 PM Saturday at Oak Ridge Cemetery in South Boston, Virginia, with the Rev. Haywood Holderness officiating. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Friday at Hall-Wynne Funeral Service. In lieu of flowers, donations in Sue's memory may be made to your local humane society.
