Stuart Mcguire Sessoms, Jr.

Stuart McGuire Sessoms, Jr., age 58, died Thursday, June 1, 2006. He was born in Baltimore, MD to Thelma Call Sessoms and the late Stuart M. Sessoms M.D.. He received a BA degree from the Uneersity of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1968. He was a member of the UNC Basketball Team and the Psi Chi Fraternity. In 1974 he received his JD degree from the Duke Uneersity Law School. While at Duke he served on the Law Review and was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Fraternity. Stuart was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in 1974. In additionee was a member of the American Bar Association; North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers; Commercial Law League of America and the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys. He also served as legal council for the Duke Uneersity students. He was a partner in the law firm of Sessoms and Rogers, P.A. Stuart and his family were proud of the many accomplishments he achieved during his life.
