Sharon Ann Lynch

Sharon Ann Calliari Lynch, 80, of Oxford, North Carolina, passed away on Sunday, August 13, 2023. Born in Stephenson, Michigan, Sharon was the daughter of the late Albert Calliari and Clarice Clement. She was predeceased by her husband of 50 years, Thomas Edwin Lynch.

Sharon is survived by her four children, Sue Gardiner; John Gardiner (Nora); Jeffrey Gardiner (Tammy) and Sheri Olson (Rick). She will be missed by her two grandchildren, Jenna Harris and Jon Cockrell and her 6 great grandchildren. She also leaves behind her siblings, Donna Calliari (Jim), Ron Calliari (Pam), Mary Calliari, and Debby Loberg and extended family too numerous to name. Besides her husband and parents, she was also predeceased by her sister, Barbara Bachman.

In the past, Sharon could be found in her sewing room creating the beautiful outfits she made for her and Tom to wear while square dancing all over the country. She loved to go “glamping” in their big 5th wheel. Sharon loved listening to classic country music, playing card games with her family and spoiling her beloved Bichon, Beau. She was a woman of much strength and beauty.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Granville House Memory Care unit.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date for family and friends to attend.
