OXFORD: Mr. Roger Lee Murray age 58 of 5575 Wingate Creek Drive died Monday, October 20, 2008 at Duke Medical Center. A native of Granville Co. and the son of the late Lonee and Lizzie Eneebright Murray. He was employed as a salesman with Quality Equipment Co., in Roxboro NC. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM Thursday, October 23, 2008 from Mt. Zion Baptist Church by the Rev. Keith Williams and Rev. J. Lemar Wheeler. Burial will follow ineeadowview Memorial Park. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Judy Finch Murray, of the home. One son Mitchell Lee Murray Amy Piper of Oxford, NC. One brother, Tony Murray Teresa of Oxford NC., Four sisters, Susan Murray, of Oxford NC., Ellen Murray Campbell Mike, of Henderson, NC., Joan Murray Norwood Gary King, of Cary NC and Norma Goss Buck, Oxford, NC. He was preceded ineeath by a brother, Danny Ray Murray. Flowers are accepted or memorials may be made to Mt. Zion Baptist Church, c/o Leonard Daniel, 109 Meadow Heights, Oxford NC 27565.
