Priscilla Shepherd

DURHAM-Priscilla S. Shepherd, age 87, died Friday, August 5, 2011 at Croasdaile Pavilion. Borneeptember 17, 1923 in Johnston County, she was the daughter of the late Willis Sanders and Sadie Eure Sanders. Priscilla was married to the late Hoyle Shepherd. She was a member of Minee P. Gates Sunday School Class at Duke Memorial Uneed Methodist Church where she served as President for several years. Priscilla is survived by her daughter, Sue Warren and husband, Donee of Sherrills Ford; son, Steve Shepherd and wife, Cathy of Durham; grandchildren, Jason Jones and wife, Shannon, Adam Jones and fianeeacute; Deanna Greco, Kyle and Caitlin Shepherd, one great-granddaughter, Harper Jones. In addition to her husband, she was preceded ineeath by a son, Sandy Shepherd. Funeral Services will be held 10:00 AM Monday, August 8, 2011 from The William Prestoneew Chapel, Croasdaile Village. Rev. Denee Waters will officiate and burial will follow in Maplewood Cemetery. Friends may visit from 3:00 5:00 PM Sunday, August 7, 2011 at Hall-Wynne Funeral Service, Durham.
