Priscilla "P" Brooks

Oxford: Priscilla Brooks, born neember 3, 1940, died January 13, 2016. She was 75 years old. She is survived by her daughter Lisa Jones of Oxford: three sisters Vera Ellington, Barbara Poole, aneella Schmit, all of Oxford: many nieces, great nieces, nephews, and great nephews. Priscilla was preceded ineeath by her parents Coon Pierce and Bazel Pierce. Most family members called her ???P???. Priscilla was a nurse for over 40 years for Doctors Tarry, Watson, and Day. Funeral Services will be conducted at 2;30 PM Friday January 15, 2016 in the funeral chapel of Gentry ??? neell & Vaughan Funeral Home by Reverend Lamar Wheeler. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery, Oxford, NC. The family will receive friends from 1:00PM ??? 2:30PM at the funeral home prior to the service and at other times at the home of Vera and Pete Ellington, 102 Mooreland Dr., Oxford, NC. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Vance-Granville Community College Endowment Fund for a scholarship in Priscilla Brooks memory, at P.O. Box 917, Henderson, NC 27536.
