Mrs. Viola Bonnette Jackson

Mrs. Viola Bonnette Jackson, 94, of Pittsboro, NC died June 23, 2015 at Careview Rest Home. Born October 23, 1920 in Orangeburg County, South Carolina, Viola was a daughter to the late Eola Robinson and Lonee Emerson Bonnette. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Jackson is preceded ineeath by her husband, James G. Jackson; her sisters, Seydelle Kennedy aneelma Way; and her brothers, J.S. Bonnette and Robert Bonnette. Mrs. Jackson is survived by her daughters, Shirley Heath, Jeanie Gillam and Grace Bagwell; her granddaughters, Valerie Broadway, Felicia Sturdivant, Stacey Longmuir and Kelley Bartley; her grandson, Noah Bagwell, and Charles Broadway; along with her great-grandchildren, Amanda Clark, Chay Broadway, Jenee Lanning, Will Sturdivant, Nathan Longmuir, Katherine Longmuir, Skyler Longmuir, Chase Bartley, Kameron Bartley and Cayden Bartley. The family requests memorial donations be made to Chatham Animal Rescue aneeducation (CARE) at PO Box 988, Pittsboro, NC 27312, or via www.chathamanimalrescue.org A funeral service for Mrs. Jackson will be held 3:00pm, Saturday, June 27, 2015 at Lee Memory Gardens in Sanford, NC - 2600 Hawkins Ave, Sanford, NC, 27330. The Rev. Ray Gooch will officiate the service.
