Maryanneedd Barker

Maryanneedd Barker, age 64, died Wednesday, February 24, 2010 at St. Ann's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. Mrs. Barker was born ineesley, Grand Bassa County, Liberia neember 22, 1945 to the late Benjamin and Mary D. Redd. She is survived by her five children: Christian Eggerly and wife Therease of Indiana, Alfreda E. Tucker and husband, Emmanuel, of Durham, NC; Mai Barker of Liberia; Precious Barker Walo, also of Liberia; and Jemima Barker Vincent of Columbus, OH; two brothers, Jeremiah Redd of Liberia; Caesar Addy of Raleigh; two sisters, Winifred Gittens of Toledo, OH; Cecelia Addy of Liberia; and ten grandchildren. Mrs. Barker was preceded ineeath by her husband, Samuel Barker; Joseph Eggerly and Sackie Barker; and one daughter, Nassa Barker. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 13, 2010 at 12:00 PM from St. Philip's Episcopal Church. Burial will follow ineeechwood Cemetery. Friends may visit Friday evening, March 12, from 6:00-9:00 PM in the church. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Jemima Vincent Barker at 961 Hidden Acres Ct., Columbus, OH 43224 for her grandchildren's educational fund.
