Mary Jane Kearney

FRANKLINTON- Mary Jane Kearney, 70, of Franklinton died Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2011 at Nash General Hospital, Rocky Mount. Born June 19, 1941 in Durham County she was the daughter of the late Vernon Castle and Ruby Scott Castle. She was a longtime member of Mt. Olivet Baptist Church. Mary Jane is survived by her husband, Jimmie Alleneearney, Sr.; daughter, Elizabeth Ray and husband, Lane of Franklinton; sons, Jay Moore of Franklinton; Jimmie Alleneearney, Jr., of Centerville; Ricky Mortoneearney of Garner; Ronee Kearney of Wake Forest; sister, Gracie Parrish of Durham; brothers, Tommy and Jesse Castle both of Durham. Mary Jane is also survived by eight grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. She was preceded ineeath by her daughter, Becky Ann Moore. Graveside services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, Nov. 5, 2011 at Mt Olivet Baptist Church Cemetery, Franklinton with Rev. Carl Hunter officiating.
