Mary Catherine Mcnamee

Chapel Hill — Mary McNamee, age 91, died in Chapel Hill, NC, on April 20, 2022.  She was born on April 14, 1931, to the late Edward and Margaret (nee Keighron) Frommer.

Before retirement, Mary was employed by the New York Stock Exchange and later United Jersey Bank.

Mary is survived by her sons, Kenneth J. McNamee and Martin P. McNamee. Mary was preceded in death by her husband of fifty years, Martin J. McNamee; her brother, Edward M. Frommer; and her parents, Edward J. and Margaret Frommer.

She will be laid to rest at St. Matthew’s Catholic Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
