OXFORD: Lowry Ballard Williams, Jr., age 67, died July 11, 2012 at his home. He was a native of Granville Co. and was the son of Lowry Ballard Williams, Sr. of Oxford and Adelle Newton Todd of Raleigh. Lowry worked as a maintenance mechanic at Murdoch Center in Butner. Memorial services will be conducted Sunday July 15, 2012 at 2:00 PM ineentry-neell & Vaughan Chapel by Chaplin Jodi Simmons . Surviving in addition to his parents is his wife, Lisa Teskey Williams; a son, Dickie Williams of Virgilina, Va.; brother, P. T. Williams of Garner. He was preceded ineeath by a brother, Kenny Williams. The family will receive friends following the services at the funeral home.
