Linda Jones Puckett

OXFORD: Linda J. Puckett, age 63, died Thursday March 15, 2012. She was a native of Savannah Ga. And was the daughter of the late Johnny and Molly Westberry Jones. She was the widow of the late Fred A. Puckett. Linda was a retired teacher with the Granville Co. School and a member of Hester Baptist Church. Memorial services will be conducted at 2:00 PM Sunday, March 18, 2012 at Hester Baptist Church by Dr. Lavelle Waters. Surviving are a daughter, Amanda Gray Puckett of Chapel Hill; a brother, Steve Jones of Savannah, Ga.; three beloved dogs, Jaxson, Heidi and Mollie. In lieu of flowers memorials may be sent to Hester Baptist Church, P. O. Box 964, Oxford, NC 27565.
