Leoneeva Gray

WAKE FOREST- Leoneeva Gray, 90, passed away peacefully October 26, 2014 at Hillside Nursing Center in Wake Forest. Leone was born oneebruary 15, 1924 in Grand Rapids, MI to the late Fred Kelley and Frieda Bennett Kelley. Leone is predeceased by two brothers, Glen and Fred Kelley, her husband John W. Gray and her youngest daughter, Kristi Petersen, who is survived by her husband, Bill Petersen and their two children, Matthew and John. Leone has two surviving children; her son, Jim Boom of Woodbridge, VA, his wife Betty and their three children, Kelley, Keith and Kyle, and her daughter, Laurie Fischer of Wake Forest, her husband John, their two children, Michael and Taylor, his wife Rebecca and their newborn son, Nathan. Leone was a multi-year voluneer for the Americaneed Cross, a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Her love and compassion for her family and animals will be remembered by all who knew her. Graveside services will be held 2:00pm Friday, October 31, 2014 at Mt. Bethel Uneed Methodist Church Cemetery with Dr. Robert Simpson officiating.
