Mrs. Lena Mae Thomerson Austin, 89, died Wednesday afternoon in Britthaven of Chapel Hill. Mrs. Austin was born in Oxford and was the daughter of the late Dr. Graham Thomerson and Katie Belle Saunders Thomerson. Her husband, Jonas McCoy Austin preceded her ineeath. For many years she was bookkeeper for Carolineelectric Company. Mrs. Austin was active for many years in Southgate Chapter #177, Order of the Eastern Star. She was a long time member of St. Paul
