Lee Anne Gibbons McClymont of Hillsborough passed away on June 2, 2021.

Born in Canton, Massachusetts on October 25, 1963, Lee Anne was the daughter of Anne and Robert Gibbons.

Lee Anne earned her Master's Degree in Hospital Administration and worked at Cornell Medical Center for 13 years. Lee Anne a trustee of the North Carolina Symphony, authored The Friendly Fear Notebook, hosted the Courage Cocktail Radio Show for three years and contributed her talents to a number of local organizations.

Lee Anne is predeceased by her parents. Survivors include her husband Bill, daughter Emma, a brother Drew Gibbons and sister Lisa Wnuck.

Lee Anne was a member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church and cherished her faith and family.

The family will receive visitors at Hall-Wynne Funeral Service on Thursday, June 10, 2021, from 4 pm – 6 pm. A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 11, 2021 at 10AM at St. Thomas More Catholic Church – South Campus, Chapel Hill, NC followed by interment at St. Matthew Catholic Cemetery in Durham.
