Joseph was born on March 19, 1943, in Pittsburgh, PA to the late Charles Connors and Ruth Costo Connors.

Joseph is survived by his wife, Janet “Jan” Connors, and daughter, Audra Brosnahan.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Rachel Connors Tzaks.
