Johnny Wayne Mokus

Johnny Wayne Mokus, age 71, died Sunday, April 7, at the Murdoch Center in Butner. A native of Durham, NC, Johnny was born to the late Johnny Joseph Mokus and Mildred Hicks Mokus Eubanks on March 30, 1942. Johnny is survived by his brother, Marshall Lee Mokus of Timberlake, NC; his sisters, Sharon Mokus Seslar of Franklinton, NC; and Charlotte Mokus Evans of Roxboro, NC. In addition to his parents, Johnny was preceded ineeath by his step-father, Floyd Eubanks. Johnny's graveside will be held 1:00 p.m. Thursday, April 11th, in Maplewood Cemetery, Section 3, with the Rev. Willis Herman presiding.
