James Robert Bobby Daniel

OXFORD: James Robert "Bobby" Daniel, age 84 of the Berea community, died Sunday, January 26, 2014. A native of Granville County, he was the son of the late Albert W. and Nellie Nelson Daniel. Bobby was a retired farmer, former employee of Little River Oil Company and a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM oneednesday, January 29, 2014 from Mt. Zion Baptist Church by Reverend Keith Williams. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:30 until 2:00 PM prior to the service in the fellowship hall of the church. Surviving is his sons, Douglas James Daniel of Oxford and Gerald Robert Daniel of Wilton; his daughters, Ruby Karen Daniel of Oxford, and Tammy Daniel Wilson of Bullock; 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
