Hudie Clellaneeith, Jr.

Hudie Clellaneeith, Jr., age 90, a former Durham resident, died December 6, 2012 ineethesda, MD. Mr. Keith was born in Durham, NC to the late Hudie Clellan and Ila Lynneeith, Sr., oneecember 1, 1922. Mr. Keith graduated from Durham High School and was a civil engineering graduate of Duke Uneersity. During World War II, he served in the Air Transport Command of the Army Air Force. He was an engineer and administrator with the Naval Facilities Engineering Command in Arlington, VA. He later worked as a consultant with Booz, Allen and Hamilton, Inc. in Alexandria, VA. He is the father of Cynthia Louise Keith of Bethesda, MD; brother of Jewell K. Meares and Shirley K. White, both of Newport, NC. Mr. Keith was preceded ineeath by his wife Aneel Kemp Keith. Friends and family may visit from 9:30-10:30 prior to the service at Hall-Wynne Funeral Service, 1113 W. Main St., Durham, NC 27701. A Funeral Service will be offered 10:30 AM, Thursday, December 13, 2012 from the Chapel of Hall-Wynne Funeral Service, 1113 W. Main St., Durham, NC 27701. Burial will follow in Annex B, Maplewood Cemetery, in Durham. In lieu of flowers memorials in Hudie's nee may be made to Emmanuel Lutheran Church, 7730 Bradley Blvd., Bethesda, MD 20817.
