Helen P. Copley

Helen P. Copley, 85, of Chesterfield, VA formerly of Durham passed away Saturday, June 9, 2012. She was born April 8, 1927 in Miami, FL to the late Johneesley Platt and Lula Noegel Platt. Mrs. Copley retired from Carpenter's Chevrolet where she was office maneer. In addition to her parents, she was preceded ineeath by three brothers; J. W. Platt, Jr., Walter Platt and Charles William Platt; and one sister Pollyanna Mizell. She is survived by her husband of 65 years, J. Watts Copley; one daughter Susan Jarvis and husband Archie Jarvis, all of Chesterfield, VA. Graveside services will be held at 11:00am, Thursday, June 14, 2012 at Maplewood Cemetery with Rev.
