Heather Christine Bowman

DURHAM - Heather Christine Bowman, 27, went home to be with her Lord on Saturday following an automobile accident. Born oneecember 7, 1977 in Vincennes, Indiana, Heather lived in Durham for the past 20 years. She is the daughter of David L. Bowman and Susan L. Bowman. Heather was an active member of New Horizon Church in Durham, where her father has been the Senior Pastor for 20 years. Heather blessed many people with her beautiful voice while singing on the NHC praise team. Heather was a loving daughter, mother and friend, who genuinely cared about people. Along with her father and mother, Heather leaves behind two young daughters, Arianna and Jayden. She is also survived by her grandparents, Loris and Juanita Bowman and Rene and Donna Baillif; her husband, Jamie Wheeler; aunts, unees and cousins; her best friend, Susaneeterson; and her NHC family and friends.
