Frank Howard

Orah Francis "Frank" Howard, Jr. died peacefully in his Durham home surrounded by his loving family on Friday morning September 10, 2010. Frank was born ineersailles, KY to the late Orah Francis Howard, Sr. and Alma Mae Hillard Howard. He was a member of Grey Stone Baptist Church. Frank is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Bobbie Jean Howard of Durham, NC; his children: Larry F. "Sonny" Howard and wife, Linda, of DeSoto, TX; Carla Lee Hall and husband, Eddie, of Creedmoor, NC; Kyle B. Howard and wife, Melissa, of Efland, NC; and Patrick Todd Howard and wife, Ginny, of Durham, NC; ten grandchildren aneeleven great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Monday, September 13, 2010 from Farrington Rd. Baptist Church. Burial with military honors will follow in Chapel Hill Cemetery. Friends may visit one hour prior to the service from 12:00-1:00 PM in the church sanctuary. Flowers are acceptable or contributions in Frank's memory may be made to the Durham Rescue Mission, 1201 E.
