Elaine Bushart Sievert

Elaine Bushart Sievert, 79 of 112 Forest Rd, Oxford, NC died Thursday neember 30, 2017 at Senior Citizens Home, Henderson, NC. A native of Sodus, NY and retired from Vance-Granville Community College. She was an active member of Oxford Uneed Methodist Church for 41 years. She was very active ineer retirement with the Oxford Uneed Methodist Women Circle and District leadership, the Americaneed Cross as a voluneer driver, Granville County Museum as a docent and member, and Friends of Granville County Library. Funeral Services will be Sunday December 3, 2017 at Oxford Uneed Methodist Church by Rev. Jenny Wilson. Visitation with family will be at 1:30pm at Oxford Uneed Methodist Church Parlor off the sanctuary, with the service at 2:00 pm followed by grave side service at Meadowview Memorial Park and reception at Oxford Uneed Methodist Church. Survivors are a daughter Carolyn S. Raynor (Gene), two sons William R. Sievert (Nicole) and Steven G. Sievert. Five grandchildren Anthony, Laura, and Patrick Raynor and Averi and Cayton Sievert. A sister Carol Hammons (Nevil) of Louisville, KY and two nephews Tommy Virts and Tony Virts (Ginny) and one niece Aneea Peace. She was preceded ineeath by her husband Richard C. Sievert, her parents Anthony aneelsie Bushart, and a sister and brother-in-law Shelda and Raymond Virts. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Alzheimer???s NC, Granville County Historical Society (Museum), Friends of Granville County Library, Oxford Uneed Methodist Church, or a charity of your choice.
