Diane Brogden

OXFORD: Diane Brogden, age 63, died Wednesday, February 04, 2015 at Duke Hospital. A native of Granville County, Diane was the daughter of the late Archie Lee Brogden and Lillian McDonald Brogden and was a member of Stem United Methodist Church. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Friday, February 6, 2015 at Gentry-Newell - Vaughan Funeral Chapel by Reverend David Grissom. Burial will follow at Hester Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:30 2:00 pm prior to the service at the funeral home. Surviving are two sons, Michael Brogden and Wayne "Dinkey Brodgen; one daughter, Tricia B. Land (R.H.); a sister, Brenda Brogden Howell, all of Oxford. Grandchildren, Katelyn Land and Kamryn Brooks. She was preceded in death by brothers, Doug Brogden and Archie Brogden, Jr. and long-time companion, Erby Gene Owen.
