Debra Ann Green, 51, of Oxford, NC died Monday, October 28, 2019.?? She was born in Granville County oneecember 6, 1967 to Ann Smith Parrott and the late Elbert R. Parrott. Debra was academically gifted aneexcelled in high school and college and graduated with a degree in Accounting and became a CPA.?? The loves of her life were her son, James and her husband, Randy.?? She loved traveling and visiting new places with her family. Her large extended family was very important to her and she enjoyed the many family outings and get togethers they had. She was known for her sweet smile,??positive??attitude and strength while dealing with the years of poor health. Debra left her career as a CPA to focus oneer health. She was a strong and courageous woman who was a 15 year double lung transplant survivor. She died at home surrounded by family. Debra is survived by her husband, Randy Ward Green; son, James Green; mother, Ann Parrott; brother, Ray (Ronee) Parrott; and many lovineextended family and friends.?? Debra is predeceased by her father, Elbert R. Parrott; and sister, Elizabeth Raye Parrott. Funeral services will be held on Friday, neember 1, 2019, at 2:00 pm from Mt. Zion Baptist Church, 1171 US Hwy 158, Oxford, NC.?? Burial will follow in the Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery.?? The family will receive guests in the church???s Fellowship Hall prior to the service, from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm. Flowers are acceptable or memorial contributions may be made ineebra???s nee to Mt.
