Clara Mae Canada

Clara Mae Canada, 85, resident of 1306 Silk Hope Road, Siler City, died Friday morning, October 8, 2010. Mrs. Canada was a native of Chatham County and was the daughter of the late William and Lula Mae Chason Eubanks. She was a homemaker and will be remembered for being a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Mrs. Canada loved to work on crossword puzzles aneeat chocolate. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert Canada. Surviving are her son Robert "Buck" Canada and wife Nancy of Silk Hope; two grandchildren, Mike Canada, Clara Karstaedt and husband Jack of Pittsboro, and one great-grandson Parker Karstaedt. The family will receive friends Sunday, October 10, 2010 from 4 to 6 PM at the Hall-Wynne Funeral Service, Pittsboro, NC. The Funeral Service will be held at 2 PM Monday, October 11, 2010 at the Rock Springs Baptist Church. The Rev. Bill Watkins and Rev. Bob Wachs will preside.
