FRANKLINTON: Carl Richard "Bo" Watson, 79 died Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at Kerr Lake Nursing and Rehab Center ineenderson, N. C. Memorial services will be conducted 2:00 P. M. Saturday, August 3, 2013 at Hall-Wynne Funeral Chapel in Franklinton, by Rev. Spencer Strickland and Robert Dale Peneeton. Surviving are his wife Rebecca Watson; sons, Carl David Watson Mary of Franklinton and James W. Watson of Franklinton; daughter, Jenee W. Smith of Louisburg; sister, Gloria W. Mason of Franklintoneeleven grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren. He was preceded ineeath by brothers, John E. Watson, Jr., Samuel Lee Watson, sisters, Eloise Peneeton, Janet Outland and three grandchildren. The family would like to thank the staff of Kerr Lake Nursing and Rehab for their special care of Mr. Watson. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Foundation for the Blind, 2 Penn Plaza, Suite 1102, New York, NY, 10121 or the 2013 Alzheimer's North Carolina Inc., 1305 Navaho Dr. Suite 101, Raleigh, NC 27609. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 Pm prior to the services on Saturday at the funeral home. At other times they will be at the home of David and Mary Watson.
