Buna Pickett Sprinee

DURHAM- Buna Pickett Sprinee, 88, of Durham died oneednesday, September 14, 2016 at Duke Uneersity Medical Center. She was born on July 19, 1928 to the late Hubert Washington Pickett and Buna Leigh Pickett. Buna was a loving Mother and Grandmother. She enjoyed tending her garden and cooking wonderful meals for family and friends. Buna was a member of Yates Baptist Church. Buna is survived by her son, Alan Sprinee of Durham; her daughter, Bonee McNair and husband, Eric of Prospect Hill, NC; and three grandchildreneelizabeth Richards, Charles Richards, wife Lori and William Rohla along with many loving nieces and nephews. She was preceded ineeath by her husband, Bobby T. Sprinee. A memorial service will be held 11:00AM on Monday, September 19, 2016 in the Chapel of Hall-Wynne Funeral Service. Rev. John Frederick and Rev. Christopher Ingram will officiate. Friends may visit from 10:00-11:00AM Monday, September 19, 2016 in the Chapel of Hall-Wynne Funeral Service prior to the service.
