He is survived by his wife Mary??Forrestal??Pennybacker,??daughter????Mindy Wallace of Honolulu, son Robert??Pennybacker??of Honolulu, and Mark??Pennybacker??of Bethesda, MD and three grandchildren, Rory Wallace of New York, Matt and Mariana??Pennybacker??of Bethesda, MD.
