DURHAM - Brittany Jane Parsons, 26, passed away on August 26, 2017 in Durham, North Carolina. Brittany was born on April 16, 1991 in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada to Anthony and Jenneer Parsons. In 2016, Brittany graduated, Summa Cum Laude, from Catawba College with a Bachelor of Environmental Sciences. Brittany combined her love of science and art ineer emerging professional career as a Chef in training at Croasdaille Country Club. As well, she was involved in many inspiring creative endeavors, including painting, design, and poetry. Brittany is survived by her parents, Anthony and Jenneer Parsons, her sister Rebecca Bishop (Chris), her nieces Aurora and Guineere Bishop, her paternal grandmother, Jane Seitz (Alvin Chubbs), paternal grandfather, Bernard Parsons (Carole Ellis), maternal grandparents, Peter and Dorothea Sprung, her aunts and unees, Ron and Cheryl Sprung, Mark and Laura Oliver, Gord and Lesley Sprung, her cousins, and her many friends.
