Brian Thomas Young

OXFORD: Brian Thomas Young, age 42 a resident of Oxford, died Saturday at Granville Medical Center. He was a native of Cobb County Ga., and was the son of Joseph Glenn and Paula Louise Richardson Young. Brian was an employee of Revlon, a member of St. James Catholic Church and a member of the Knights of Columbus. A Funeral Mass for the Right of Christian Burial will be conducted Tuesday October 4, 2011 at 10:00 AM at St. James Catholic Church by Father Bill Upah. Burial will be in the church cemetery followed by a reception the in the Fellowship Hall . Surviving is his wife, Cynthia Williford Young; sons, Brandon Thomas Young and Samuel Jean young both of the home; a brother Mark Aneew Young of Virginia Beach, Va.. The family will receive friends Monday night from 7:00 until 8:00 PM with a Rosary Service following the visitation. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Youth Group of St. James Catholic Church. The Young family is under the care of Gentry-neell & Vaughan Funeral Home.
