Brenda Gayle Sutton White

Brenda Gayle Sutton White, 72, died August 14, 2012 ineer home following aneextended illness. Born neember 3, 1939 in Alamance County, she was a daughter of Thomas Daniel Sutton and Lorine Pearl Joyner Sutton. Brenda was a graduate of Elon College, and was retired from teaching after 32 years of service, primarily in Chatham County. She was a member of Hanks Chapel Uneed Church of Christ. Survivors include her mother, Lorine Joyner Sutton of Raleigh'; housemate / caregiver, Trish Mann of Pittsboro; daughter and son-in-law, Elisabeth "Lisa" Margaret Youngman and Johnny Feathers of Chapel Hill; grandchildreneemily Mai Youngman and Alex Jameson Youngman; brother and sister-in-law, Thomas Eugene Sutton and Brenda of Faith; sister, Barbara Falcone of Raleigh; niece, Paula F. Wilkins, her husband Thomas and son, Joel; and former son-in-law, James Youngman and wife, Debbie, of Chapel Hill. The service to celebrate the life of Brenda White will be held at 1 o'clock Saturday afternoon, August 18, 2012 at Hanks Chapel Uneed Church of Christ. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
