Bobby Lee Williams

Bobby Lee Williams, 53 of Bynum Church Road, Pittsboro, died Saturday, August 28, 2010 from injuries sustained in a vehicle crash on Highway 15-501 North. Mr. Williams was borneeptember 18, 1955 in Orange County. He was a former employee of the Town of Pittsboro; at the time of his death he was employed by the UNC at Chapel Hill, working in the Grounds Department. Mr. Williams attended Mt. Gilead Baptist Church in Pittsboro. Surviving are two sons, Jeff Williams of Durham aneeric Williams of Chapel Hill; a brother, Curtis Williams of Pittsboro; and a sister, Sheila Eddings of Franklinville. His mother, Effie Williams, preceded him ineeath. The funeral service for Mr. Bobby Lee Williams will be held at 11 am Wednesday from the graveside at Mt. Gilead Baptist Church Cemetery, with Pastors Dan Robinson and John Sineetary presiding. Friends may visit with the family from 6 8 pm Tuesday at Hall Wynne Funeral Home in Pittsboro, and at other times at Mr. Williams' residence.
