Anna M. Gawlik

RALEIGH - Anna M. Gawlik, 95, died Tuesday, March 19, 2013, at Springmoor Retirement Community in Raleigh. Her husband and dancing partner, Rudolph, passed away in 2010. Anna was the loving mother of four children: Rudolph, Judith, Joseph and John, who resides at Brother James Court. Family and friends remember Anna's broad and joyful smile which beamed brightest when she was dancing with her husband, Rudy, or when she was surrounded by her children, her seven grandchildren and her four great-grandchildren. A Mass of Christian burial will be offered at 11:30 a.m., Friday, March 22, 2013, at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 11401 Leesville Rd., Raleigh. Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to the funeral at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary of the Angels Chapel at the church. All are welcome at a reception immediately following the Mass. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Mrs. Gawlik's memory to Brother James Court, 2508 St. James Road, Springfield, Illinois 62707.
