Anna Knight Jackson

Anna Knight Jackson, age 75, died peacefully Saturday, February 28, 2015 at the Hock Family Pavilion with her loving daughter, Kay, by her side. Anna was born in Clayton, NC to the late Arthur J. Knight, Sr. and Katie Smith Knight. Anna is survived by her loving husband, Joseph L. Jackson of Durham, NC; her devoted daughter, Kay Conner, and special son-in-law, Curt Kilburn, of Pittsboro, NC; two step-children, Randy and Chad Jackson; and two step-grandchildren. Anna was retired after 34 plus years as a dental assistant with Dr. Sugg and teneears with Dr. Service. She was a member of the Glendale Heights Uneed Methodist Church. Anna was a devoted member of the Creative Civitan Club which was a huge part of her life. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 3, 2015 from the Chapel of Hall-Wynne Funeral Service in Durham with the Rev. Earl Dulaney presiding. Burial will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Cemetery. Friends may visit one hour prior to the service on Tuesday from 10:00-11:00 a.m. in the funeral home.
