AneeBelle Baldwin was born to the late Charlie and Bertha Baldwin oneeptember 27, 1912 in Chatham County. She departed this life oneecember 9, 2011 at the age of 99. She attended Chatham County Schools and joined Terrells Chapel AME Zion Church at a young age. AneeBelle, for a while, resided ineew York and worked at Berkshire Nursing Home in Babylon, New York. She is survived by her son, Larry Franklin Baldwin Laura of Florida, and three grandsons, Larry F. Baldwin, Jr. , Mark A. Baldwin, and Christopher F. Baldwin; four step grandchildren, Omar Jean-Louis, Robert Cabello, Anthony Burke, Elizabeth Boston; great-granddaughter Alyssa Baldwin, great-grandson Matthew Baldwin, great-great grandson Aneew Zurich; aneeight step great-grandchildren; one sister, Helen Baldwin of Pittsboro; two brothers, Frank Baldwin Mary and Clyde Baldwin Mary both of Burlington. There is a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. She was preceded ineeath by her parents, five sisters, Lucille Baldwin, Mrs. Raymond Wilson, Mrs. Fleta Jefferies, Pauline Baldwin and Josie Lee Baldwin; two brothers, James Baldwin and Charlie Baldwin. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 17, 2011, at Terrells Chapel AME Zion Church, with the Rev. Sharon Mitchell officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Friends may visit with the family from 7-8 p.m. Friday at Hall-Wynne Funeral Home in Pittsboro.
