BURLINGTON Allen William Olsen, 66, died Tuesday, May 6, 2014 at Cedar Ridge Senior Community. Allen was born in Brooklyn, NY to the late William H. Olsen and Florence Christophersen Olsen. Alleneerved in the U. S Air Force and was a member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus. Allen loved North Carolina basketball. Allen is survived by daughter, Amy Olsen of Chapel Hill; and former wife, Donna Olsen of Carrboro. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered 11:00am Friday, May 9, 2014 at St. Thomas More Catholic Church with Fr. James Labosky presiding.
