Randolph Hurst Glenn

Durham – Randolph Hurst Glenn, 77, died in his home on December 26th, 2023. He was born on July 30th, 1946, to the late Jean Taylor.

Randy graduated from Southern High School in Durham, NC. He received an Associate’s degree from Kings College. Randy served his country in Vietnam where he was awarded a Purple Heart. He worked for A&P for many years then managed several stores before retiring.

Randy is survived by his son Scott Glenn and his wife Stacey Glenn. As well as his two grandchildren Austin Glenn (Fiancé Heather Wilson) and Cailin Glenn. Randy was preceded in death by his mother Jean Taylor and his grandmother Ruby Griffin.

A visitation will be held Monday, January 8, 2024 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. at Hall-Wynne Funeral Service. A funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. at Hall-Wynne Funeral Service.
